Package descriptions, deliverables, and prices shown on our website are for informational purposes and may change. A project begins only after you approve a quote or package selection and any required deposit or payment terms are met. Custom work outside published packages will be scoped and quoted before production starts.

3. Quotes & payments

Quotes are valid for the period stated (or 14 days if unspecified). Payment schedules may include an upfront deposit and remaining balance before final file delivery. We are not obligated to release source files or launch assets until agreed payments are received under your package or contract terms.

4. Revisions & timelines

Revision rounds follow the package you select. Additional revisions or scope changes may incur extra fees, which we will confirm before continuing. Timelines depend on timely feedback from you; delays in approvals may extend delivery dates.

5. Ownership & intellectual property

Upon full payment and project completion under your agreed terms, ownership of the final delivered design files transfers to you for unrestricted brand use, except where third-party assets (stock photos, fonts, plugins, etc.) remain under their own licenses. We retain the right to showcase non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing before project kickoff.

You confirm that materials you provide (copy, logos, images, brand assets) do not infringe third-party rights and that you have authority to use them. You are responsible for the accuracy of business information supplied to us.

7. Refunds

Where a money-back guarantee applies to a specific package, eligibility follows that package’s stated terms. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis for custom engagements and may exclude work already produced and approved during the project.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Syntrix Global Inc is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim related to a project will not exceed the fees paid for that project.
